Has this... or something just as devastating... happened to you? Don't put your photos at risk. When looking into cloud storage for photo, video and family legacy material storage, read their Terms of Service, especially the fine print! Make sure they (1) guarantee that they won't delete your photos for any reason, (2) won't use your photo data for 3rd party purposes, (3) use encryption when uploading/downloading your files. If you can't find a cloud storage that meets all three requirements, call me!!! Don't be like Gina, with photos and videos lost by her cloud provider.
